1. The client who buys custom papers agrees to use the paper just as a sample. In case the client decides to submit the paper as it is, we are not responsible.
2. Upon delivering the paper to the client the client assumes gets the intellectual rights to the paper.
3. Revisions can only be requested within two weeks from the last day of the specified deadline. After this two week period has elapsed, the client is not eligible for free revisions. However, at a small fee a client can have his or her paper edited by our writers.
4. Revision instructions should not contain new information; any new information that is provided along with a revision request will be disregarded. The revision will only be provided if it does not violate the original instructions. This is done to protect our writers. Consequently, ensure that you provide all the instructions and files that are necessary for our writers to write a high quality paper.
5. While the company guarantees plagiarism-free custom written papers, it does not guarantee lack of plagiarism in editing, proofreading and formatting orders. Therefore, in case such orders are found to contain plagiarism, our company will not offer any refunds as our writers did not write the papers from scratch.
6. If for any reason the customer wishes to cancel the order, the client is free to do so after which if the order will have been assigned to a writer only a partial refund will be given depending on the number of pages written by the time the cancel-order request is received. This is done to protect our writers. If the order will not have been assigned to a writer, a full refund will be given.
7. All refunds are processed upon the submission of a written request to the support. All refund requests are reviewed by the support after which the company determines if the client’s refund request is valid or not and accordingly takes action.
8. In case a client requests for a refund because the product is of poor quality, the client should provide evidence to back the claim. All refund requests of this nature that are not accompanied by evidence to show how the product is of poor quality will not be attended to.
9. If for any reason a full refund of the paper is made, the company publishes the paper and consequently the client cannot use the paper.
10. The client should approve the paper within 72 hours from the stipulated deadline date. Otherwise, no refund requests will be accepted on the order. However, the client is still eligible for our free revision service.
11. The client is responsible for providing valid contacts particularly the phone number and the email address as occasionally the company may want to contact the client in relation to order processing. If for any reason the client provides wrong contacts and is unreachable to provide vital information that may be required by our writers for completion of the order, the company will not be liable for deadline violation.
12. In case our writers do not deliver the order within the stipulated deadline due to unavoidable circumstances, the client can ask for a recalculation and the extra amount will be utilized in the subsequent order. This does not apply to cases where the fault is the client’s such as failure to upload the required instructions and files on time.
13. In placing the order the client should select the appropriate academic level, number of pages, and subject. The company will not be liable if the paper does not meet requirements due to the client’s failure to select the appropriate academic level, number of pages, or formatting style.
